We believe good farming starts with good people. Behind every healthy pig and every satisfied customer is a small, dedicated team that works with care, consistency, and pride.
We are a group of six — made up of two owners who lead with experience and vision, and four skilled labourers who handle the day-to-day care of the animals.

The Care Team
Our four farm workers are the true backbone of Mondal Farm. They’re on the ground every day, feeding, cleaning, monitoring, and caring for the pigs. They bring years of experience, patience, and a deep understanding of animal behaviour. Their work ensures our pigs grow strong, healthy, and stress-free.
